- Optional professional photos & staging (extra charge)
- Fee does not include cleanings

- Fee does not include cleanings

4 People, <1500 sq. ft. = $175-$225
6 People, <2000 sq. ft. = $225-$275
7-12 People <3000 sq. ft. = $275-$375
12+ People >3000 sq. ft. = $375-$500

4 People, <1500 sq. ft. = $150-$200
6 People, <2000 sq. ft. = $200-$250
7-12 People <3000 sq. ft. = $250-$300
12+ People >3000 sq. ft. = $300-$400

Fees to be paid by GUEST in addition to booking rates and taxes.
